Grade II listed historic site with origins dating back to the 11th century. Once the main residence of the Davenport family, the farm has undergone a significant restoration project aimed at preserving its timber-framed structure while introducing modern enhancements to ensure its longevity.
The restoration, has focused on structural repairs, conservation of historic materials, and the addition of contemporary extensions and underground leisure complex to enhance the property’s functionality while maintaining its heritage.
